One of three homes we built on adjacent lots near downtown Fernandina Beach, this coastal Southern–style residence featured lap siding, Hardie soffits, an open-concept layout, 42" uppers, solid-surface counters, large windows, abundant natural light, and tiled showers. The primary bedroom was on the first floor.
