His journey eventually led to Georgia for college, where he earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Brewton-Parker College—and where he met and married his wife, Jodi, on their graduation day.

His career started with the Boy Scouts of America as a local area executive in North Central Florida, launching programs for young people by bringing together community leaders and families. This experience in program development and community building laid the foundation for his transition into homebuilding, where he discovered his natural talents for coordination, negotiation, and customer satisfaction.

When not working, Seth and Jodi enjoy traveling, exploring vintage shops for hidden treasures, spending time with family, and taking advantage of Florida's beautiful beaches—a lifestyle that perfectly complements the coastal living expertise MCG has refined over 15 years.
