We are committed to delivering exceptional results through our well-defined & structured system. Our proven 5-step process ensures every project is executed with excellence as we prioritize client satisfaction.
In a consultation we learn about your vision & your project’s unique needs to establish a clear path forward. Then our team spearheads the Development Phase through project planning, permitting &procurement. We create a detailed estimate for your project.
To launch the Production Phase our team orders materials, activates our vendors, and confirms the schedule. Then our Project managers & skilled craftsmen do the legwork of transforming your vision into a stunning reality.

Our Warranty:
At MCG Homes, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind what we build. Every home we construct is backed by a 2-year warranty covering workmanship and materials, and a 10-year warranty on structural components — both beginning at the date of Substantial Completion.
Should a covered defect arise within those periods, we are committed to making it right. All warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions provided at contract.
