A custom third-floor addition was engineered by removing the second-floor roof and building upward, creating sweeping ocean views to the east and Fort Clinch State Park views to the west. The new structure was fully supported by steel beams on pilings, independent of the existing house, showcasing advanced coastal construction. A new pool was added and finished with a travertine deck for a refined, timeless look.
