Charming 1930s bungalow in historic Fernandina Beach, beautifully transformed. We removed dated 1990s finishes, opened the ceiling to expose the original roofline, and added a cozy loft with a custom spiral staircase. An interior brick chimney was uncovered and restored, bringing authentic character back into the home. We opened the dining and kitchen areas and added classic brick veneer for warmth and charm. A full gut remodel that resulted in a timeless, beautifully finished space.
