Our first spec home on Amelia Island showcased classic curb appeal with a charming front porch and a handsome pitched roof. Inside, the open-concept layout featured a spacious kitchen with solid-surface countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets, and nine-foot ceilings. Built on a repurposed lot that previously held a severely dilapidated home, this new ranch-style residence included our standard lap siding and Hardie soffits—bringing a fresh, timeless upgrade to the neighborhood.
