Our Scope: New Construction

A fully custom home on the north end of Amelia Island, built using exterior construction techniques never before implemented on the island. Inside features large stained structural timbers, a stained wood ceiling in the main living area and kitchen, an elevator, sweeping ocean views, and terrazzo flooring throughout the main level.
