The client purchased this property as an investment flip, and we transformed it from top to bottom. We expanded the kitchen, remodeled every space, and upgraded all major systems. We collaborated closely with the HOA throughout the process and created a custom entry and laundry area to maximize function. In the sunroom, we incorporated shiplap accents to give the space a light, airy, and modern feel.
